Lemon Jasmine Flower Jello

Enjoy lusciously refreshing Lemon Jasmine Flower Infused Jello — the perfect dessert for any time of the day, as well as a great substitute for your afternoon pick-me-up cup of tea. A perfectly balanced with the taste of spring & delicate flowery tone. It’s like having a beautiful spring freshness all year long even in the middle of the winter. Made by steeping Suncore Foods® Jasmine Flowers in the jello, it is a beautiful symphony just waiting to happen. The best things in life are sweet because if we are what we eat…well, we are blissfully sweet! 


Jasmine Flowers Tea:
1 1/2 cups hot boiling water
1 1/2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Jasmine Flowers
Pour the hot water over the Jasmine flowers. leave to brew, covered for 15
minutes. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve
4 lemons

To Make the Jelly:
Jasmin flower tea
1 tsp agar agar powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice


1. Cut lemon into half, use a spoon to scoop out the inside of the lemon and
set aside.

2. Add Jasmin flower tea to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Add agar powder,
and cook until dissolved, whisking constantly. Whisk in sugar, lemon juice
continue to simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Pour the mixture in the
prepare lemon. Transfer to the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
