Domestic Orders

Returns Policy

COVID-19: At this time, Suncore Foods will not accept returns for unopened and unused products due to COVID-19 for the safety of our staff and environment. 

Any returns due to approved RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) orders or RTS (Returned to Sender or failed deliveries) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This minimal cost covers our fees to receive the orders and restock the inventory.

Important: The customer is responsible for sending products back to our facilities. If the package is lost during transit when being returned, we will not grant any refunds. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure the package(s) accordingly. Fedex, UPS, and USPS have services that includes tracking numbers and insurance that may cover some of the value, but you may want to purchase additional insurance to fully cover the value of the products.

Refund Policy
ALL PROMOTIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be granted on any merchandise purchased from promotional sales, custom merchandise or discounted purchases using a promo code at suncorefoods.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and paid for the shipping cost from the purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund value.

Any refunds issued because of returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please see the Returns Policy for more information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Suncore Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and confirmed packages that have been delivered to the address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, Suncore Foods will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Suncore Foods will not grant refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect addresses – We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double check that your address is correct before submitting your order. Please contact us if the order has the incorrect address. Refunds due to incorrect addresses will not be granted.
  • Stolen Packages
  • Uninsured orders

If Route+ insurance was purchased, all stolen, lost, and carrier related damage claims will be made through Route within their 15 day claim policy.

Certain shipping services may have included claims for lost or damaged packages. Please contact us to inquire if your shipping service may recover some losses. Any lost or stolen uninsured orders will not be granted for refunds at this time.

Damaged Packages
If you receive products that are damaged during transit or received an opened product, please email us within 7 days of receipt. We will need your order number, email associated with the order, and a picture of the damaged/opened item. We will be happy to ship you a replacement product.

If the product that has been left out for extended periods of time or other unrelated delays, we will not grant any refunds.

If Route+ insurance was purchased, all stolen, lost, and carrier related damage claims will be made through Route within their 15 day claim policy.

Certain shipping services may have included claims for lost or damaged packages. Please contact us to inquire if your shipping service may recover some losses. Any lost or stolen uninsured orders will not be granted for refunds at this time.

Other refunds
Suncore Foods products purchased at a retail store or other resale location, please contact the seller regarding your returns and refunds.

 

International Orders

Returns Policy
We do not accept any returns of international orders. If an order is returned due to RTS (Returned to Sender or failed deliveries) and granted a refund, the refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This minimal cost covers our fees to receive the orders and restock the inventory.

Refunds Policy

All international orders are non-refundable & final sale.

A refusal to pay for the import fees means the package is lost to the customs authority. We do not grant refunds on refusals.

Additionally, we do not grant refunds for RTS (Returned to Sender) for incorrect addresses. We emphasize that you double check your address for international standards.

We highly recommend purchasing insurance for high value orders, especially when choosing economy shipping services without any added insurance. When choosing economy shipping services, you are placing an order with limited tracking visibility and no protection against loss or damage. We want to emphasize that all international orders are non-refundable, should your package be lost or arrived damaged, only packages with shipping insurance will recover some of the loss incurred.

If you purchased Route+ Insurance, please read their insurance policy regarding international shipments and file your claims accordingly from their website.
