Halloween Spider Cookies

It's finally here!!!!!!! Halloween is here, and the night is simply bewitching, but don't worry, we have the perfect treat!!! These spookilicious Halloween Spider Cookies are dangerously delicious and addictive! It started with buttery, tasty cookies added some crunchy fun with almonds, and then topped it off with rich sweet chocolate! Mmmmmmm, so delicious! Ingredients

160g all purpose flour
120g dairy free butter
50g powdered sugar
20g condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
2-3 tsp Suncore Foods® Ebony Carrot Powder and Suncore Foods® Purple Sweet Potato Powder
Finely chopped almonds for the topping

Directions

1. In a stand mixer, cream the butter, powdered sugar, condensed milk and vanilla together. Add in flour, purple potato & carrot powder, salt and mix into a dough. Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. ⁣

2. Using a spoon to scoop the dough, about 25g, roll dough into balls. Roll cookie into chopped almonds, place on baking sheet. Using a measuring spoon to press an indentations

3. Refrigerate cut out cookies for 30 mins before baking. Preheat oven to 180c. Bake cookies for 15 minutes until golden brown at the edges. Allow cookies to cool completely. ⁣

4. Decorate cookie with chocolate, refrigerated until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
