When you select economy shipping services without any added insurance, your order will have limited tracking visibility and no protection against loss or damage. Please note that all shipments that are stolen, lost, or damaged by the carrier will not be refunded. We want to emphasize that Suncore Foods cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred due to economy shipping services with no added insurance. No refund will be granted without added insurance when choosing economy shipping services.
For all orders with insurance purchased from each carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), please contact each carrier directly to file a claim through them.
