I bought this to add a little bit of color to the homemade water enhancer that I've been making, and I'm extremely satisfied with it.

pink pitaya

The pink pitaya was amazing. It was my first time using it and needed a bit more to get the color I wanted but it turned out great. Here’s to dye-free frosting!

Perfect pink dye-free frosting!

Was looking to make lots of pink treats without red dye and this did great! I don't notice a flavor, either. I mixed in frosting and melted white chocolate and both turned out great!

Great color!

I used this to make vegan frosting for my niece’s Minnie Mouse cupcakes on her birthday. It worked great! It didn’t alter the taste much at all, but it definitely tastes better with vanilla cupcakes vs chocolate. I’ll be using it again to make various vegan treats for my daughter’s pink pony club birthday party in a couple weeks!
