I recently tried Suncore Foods Organic Red Beet Powder, and I'm really impressed. The vibrant red color it adds to my smoothies and baked goods is stunning, and knowing it's all-natural and organic makes me feel great about using it. I made some red white and blue sourdough bread for Memorial Day and the colors I achieved with the colored powders were nothing short of amazing! The powder doesn’t have a taste to it but it has a bold color quality without the additives like red #40 has. I feel confident and happy knowing my bread offers a healthy a fun pop of color without any unnecessary additives!
