I like the flavor
I recently tried Suncore Foods Organic Red Beet Powder, and I'm really impressed. The vibrant red color it adds to my smoothies and baked goods is stunning, and knowing it's all-natural and organic makes me feel great about using it. It's subtly sweet and blends smoothly without any gritty texture, which is a huge plus. I love that it's gluten-free and non-GMO, fitting perfectly into my diet. While it's a bit pricier than artificial food colorings, the nutritional benefits and versatility make it totally worth it
I made some red white and blue sourdough bread for Memorial Day and the colors I achieved with the colored powders were nothing short of amazing! The powder doesn’t have a taste to it but it has a bold color quality without the additives like red #40 has. I feel confident and happy knowing my bread offers a healthy a fun pop of color without any unnecessary additives!
