This is amazing!! I love the color that the cookies take and also has the taste of the beet which I love very much thank you!! I still have to try out 2 other colored powders I got

Great alternative to food dyes

The color is very vibrant so only a little bit is needed. I used 1/2 teaspoon in icing to ice about 60 cookies and it was the perfect amount. There are no strange aftertastes either.
