Velvet Red Beet Red Goji Berries Bundt Cake

Ingredients
Bundt Cake:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1-2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup of milk
1/2 cup Suncore Foods® Red Goji Berries
1/2 cup of water
Velvet Red Beet Glaze:
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Velvet Red Beet Supercolor Powder
1/4 cup of cold water
1.5 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
1. Bundt Cake — Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease and flour bundt pan. In a bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In a bowl of a stand mixer beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour in the oil while continuing beating. Add flour mixture and milk and beat until smooth. Add Goji Berries. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Let bundt cake cool down before removing it from the pan.
2. Velvet Red Beet Glaze — Dissolve Velvet Red Beet Supercolor Powder in water. In a glass bowl whisk together milk, vanilla and powdered sugar until desired consistency. Add Velvet Red Beet mixture. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bundt cake.
