1 1/4 cups gluten-free rolled oat
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
3 tbsp Suncore Foods® Organic Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Organic Cacoa Nibs
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Organic Chia Seeds
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1 cup non-dairy yogurt for filling


1. Preheat oven to 180 celsius. Grease tart tins. Set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together oats, chopped almond, hemp seeds, chia seeds, cocoa nibs until evenly combined. Add in the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and toss until the dry ingredients are evenly coated.

3. Transfer granola mixture into tart tins, pressing the granola firmly into bottom and up the sides of the tart tin. Then place the pan on a baking tray.

4. Bake for 20 minutes, until the granola is toasted on top. Transfer tart tins to a wire rack, and cool until they reach room temperature. Tart will dry out and crisp up while it cools. Gently remove the granola tart from the tart tin, fill with yogurt and serve immediately.
