Passion Fruit Pineapple Mango Jello

1 fresh mango
150 ml fresh pineapple juice
250 ml water
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Marigold Passion Fruit Powder & Seeds
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Sparkly Amber Passion Fruit Flakes
2 tsp agar agar powder
1. Cut mangoes into small cubes then place them into a blender along with pineapple juice, Suncore Foods® Marigold Passion Fruit Powder & Seeds, and Suncore Foods® Sparkly Amber Passion Fruit Flakes. Blend until very smooth.
2. Strain the mixture directly to a medium-sized saucepan. Add in water and agar agar powder. Whisk to combine well.
3. Cook mixture on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes; stirring constantly until sugar and agar agar powder have completely melted.
4. Once ready, transfer to desired mould; let them set in the fridge for couple of hours to set. Enjoy!
