Ingredients
Makes 10-12 popsicles
Purple Layer:
8 oz coconut water
¼ cup frozen blueberries
1 ½ tbsp agave syrup
¼ tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Supercolor Powder
Pinch Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
Purple-Pink Layer:
16 oz coconut water
1 ½ tbsp agave
1 tbsp lemon juice
⅛ tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Supercolor Powder
Pinch Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
Blue Layer:
8 oz coconut water
1 tbsp agave
⅛ tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Supercolor Powder
Pinch Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
Directions
1. Blend each layer separately in blender. Start with purple layer first. Pour into popsicle mold, filling ⅓ of the way. Let freeze for 1 ½ hours. Repeat with remaining layers and freeze for 4-6 hours until completely frozen.
