Midori Jade Matcha Ice Cream Pops
We love everything matcha and what's better than turning your favorite beverage into a delectable, dreamy, pick-me-up treat?! Refreshing, energy booster with a delicate & earthy, soothing green tea flavor; it's no wonder, these popsicles are our new favorite way to get caffeinated. Fantastically wonderful Midori Jade Matcha Ice Cream Pops made with our Suncore Foods® Organic Japanese Midori Jade Matcha Supercolor Powder are rich, flavorful, and incredibly delicious!
15g Suncore Foods® Premium Midori Jade Matcha Supercolor Powder
1 cup (140g) cashew nuts, soaked overnight and rinsed
2/3 cup coconut whipping cream, chilled
2 tbsp coconut condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1/4 tsp Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
200g dairy free white chocolate, melted
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tsp Suncore Foods® Premium Midori Jade Matcha Supercolor Powder
1. In a food processor add matcha powder, cashews, coconut whipping cream, vanilla, condensed milk and salt. Process until smooth and creamy.
2. Fill silicone ice cream mould with the mixture. Insert the ice cream sticks. Freeze until solid, ideally overnight.
3. Combine melted chocolate, matcha powder and coconut oil and stir until smooth. Dip the frozen ice cream in the matcha chocolate. Place ice cream on a paper lined tray to set. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
