Jasmine flower jelly:
1 cup water
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Jasmine Flowers Superbloom
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
1 tbsp sugar

1 cups of oat milk
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Japanese Premium Midori Jade Matcha Supercolor Powder
¼ cup hot water
Your choice of honey (optional)


1. Place the Jasmine flowers in a small pot, add 1 cup water, sugar and agar agar powder and bring to a simmer. Let steep for 2 minutes. Pour into the glasses and cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

2. After 2 hours, take the jelly out and add in milk.

3. Sift the matcha powder into a cup. Add the water and stir until no lumps remain. Stir in the honey if using.

4. Pour the matcha into the cup to serve.
