1 1/4 cup cashew milk (or other nondairy alternative)
1/4 cup Suncore Foods® White Chia Seeds
1 1/2-2 tbsp maple or agave syrup
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Supercolor Powder
Healthy pinch Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
6 oz vanilla dairy free yogurt
Berries, figs, Suncore Foods® Toasted Coconut Chips for topping


1. Whisk milk, chia, sweetener, vanilla, butterfly pea powder, and salt together until butterfly pea powder is dissolved.

2. Whisk again after 5 minutes. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes in refrigerator to thicken. Divide into thirds in bowls or jars.

3. Top with vanilla cashew yogurt, fresh berries, figs, and or toasted coconut.
