Pink Pitaya Rose Raspberry Ice Cream

This Pink Pitaya Rose Raspberry Ice Cream is delicate and creamy, making this the dreamiest ice cream we could ever ask for! 1/4 cup Suncore Foods® Rose Petals
1/4 whole milk (plant based milk)
1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 cup raspberry
2 cups heavy cream (coconut full fat milk)
1/3 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
1. In a saucepan, add milk and Suncore Foods® Rose Petals, and bring to boil. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid, set aside.
2. Blend the raspberry with yogurt and Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder until smooth. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until soft peaks from. On low speed, mix in honey, salt, rose milk and raspberry from step 1 & 2.
4. Pour into a container, cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
