Pink Pitaya Rose Petals Panna Cotta

Stop and smell the roses.. then eat them! A hot summer's eve calls for this hot Pink Pitaya Rose Petals Panna Cotta. Let the cool, silky vanilla cream refresh your tastebuds, while the permeating aroma of roses winds you down. What makes this classic dessert extra enticing? Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya and Rose Petals Superbloom! The electric pink and rose infusion take this panna cotta to the next level! Let's color it pink & spread the love!


1 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Supercolor Powder
1/2 cup of water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp gelatin
A handful of Suncore Foods® Rose Petals Superbloom
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp gelatine
1/4 cup water
Vanilla extract


1. Place milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a small pot and mix well. While liquids are heating up, place the Gelatine powder in a bowl and stir in cold water to dissolve. Add dissolved gelatine to the hot milk mixture and whisk well to combine. Pour into individual serving cups and place to fridge to set for 2 hours.

2. For Pink Pitaya layer: Mix Pink Pitaya Powder and half of the water until dissolved. Dissolve gelatine in the remaining water and hit it up. Add sugar and Pink Pitaya mixture and mix until incorporated. Let it cool down until room temperature and pour over panna cottas. Garnish with Rose Petals.
