Ingredients

Colorful Roti Jala:
2 cups flour
3 cups water (adjust as needed)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Suncore Foods® Ebony Carrot Powder
Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
Suncore Foods® Ruby Red Radish Powder
Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder

Garlic Parsley Butter:
70g butter softened at room temperature
6g fresh parsley finely chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
3g salt

Other:
Melted butter for brushing

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth. Strain the batter through a sieve to remove any lumps.

2. Divide the batter into 5 equal portions. Mix each portion with a different Suncore Foods® Powder until fully incorporated.

3. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.

4. Transfer the batter into a Roti Jala mould or sauce dispenser.

5. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat. Use the mould or dispenser to create a lacy pattern in the pan.

6. Cook until the net pancake changes to a lighter color. There is no need to flip it.

7. Remove the pancake, fold the sides to the center, and roll it into a small log.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
