Ingredients
Popsicle Ingredients:
1¼ cup coconut water
¼ teaspoon Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Powder
¼ teaspoon Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
Sprinkle with Suncore Foods® Rose Petals
Equipment:
2 popsicle molds
Popsicle sticks
Directions
1. Pour the coconut water into a glass measuring cup or bowl. Add the Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Powder and whisk the mixture to combine, until the powder is dissolved completely. Next, add the maple syrup and Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds. Let the mixture sit on your counter for about 15-20 minutes, whisking frequently to avoid the chia seeds sinking to the bottom. The mixture will be ready to pour into the popsicle molds when the mixture thickens, the chia seeds “gel up” and no longer sink to the bottom.
2. Place your popsicle molds on a baking sheet, insert the popsicle sticks, and then pour the mixture evenly into your popsicle mold.
3. Repeat the steps using the Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder.
4. Place the entire baking sheet into the freezer until firm, preferably overnight and enjoy! Keep them stored in a sealed gallon bag or container.
