1 ½ cups heavy cream
¼ cup whole milk (or plant-based milk)
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Dried Jasmine Flowers
2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) unflavored gelatin powder
3 tbsp cool water
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
½ cup fresh blueberries (for topping)
½ cup fresh raspberries (for topping)

1. Bloom the Gelatin — Pour the cool water into a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the top. Stir gently and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
2. Infuse the Jasmine Cream — Combine heavy cream and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the liquid just to a gentle simmer—do not let it boil. Remove from heat, add Suncore Foods® Dried Jasmine Flowers, and stir gently. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes to lock in the dreamy floral aroma.
3. Dissolve and Combine — Stir the sugar and a pinch of salt into the warm, infused cream until fully dissolved. Add the bloomed gelatin mixture to the warm cream. Whisk thoroughly until the gelatin is completely melted and integrated.
4. Strain and Chill — Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pouring pitcher to remove the spent jasmine flowers. Divide the smooth liquid evenly into 4 dessert glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until completely set. 
5. Add the Dreamy Topping — Top each chilled panna cotta generously with fresh blueberries and raspberries right before serving. Garnish with an extra sprinkle of dry jasmine flowers for a final touch of whimsy.
