How to Use Rose Petals ▼
- Tea & Infusions: Steep 1–2 tbsp of dried rose petals in hot water for 5–7 minutes for a beautifully fragrant, blush-colored floral tea. Blend with hibiscus or chamomile for a soothing herbal mix.
- Baked Goods: Fold petals into cake batters, scone dough, or shortbread for a delicate floral flavor. Infuse into cream, butter, or milk overnight for a more pronounced rose essence in custards and panna cotta.
