Healthy and Useful!

I use these as a binder in meatloaf as we are gluten free. Works great with no taste that it boosts the protein level in the meatloaf. Win / Win.

Add some Quinoa WOW!

I've been cooking and eating Quinoa for many years and decided to try these flakes. I like to thicken soup and add a couple of tablespoonsful to some tomato basil soup for a change. BINGO! It was perfect. I'm also adding some to my overnight oatmeal for a morning protein boost. Love it!

I am gluten sensitive, this stuff really helps me to be safe in my cooking. A great substitute for a filler in meatloaf.
