2 cups cooked Suncore Foods® Quinoa Royal Pearl Seeds
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Hemp seeds
1 cup steamed edamame beans
1 bunch of radishes
2 handfuls of micro greens
1/2 of an avocado
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 lime
2 tbsp miso tahini dressing


1. Boil quinoa and separate evenly into 2 serving bowls. Mix in half of the dressing until nicely combined. Divide the edamame beans, radishes, micro greens, avocado and sesame seeds evenly, top with lime, hemp seeds and more dressing if desired.
