Midori Jade Matcha Daisy Flower Cookies

These cookies have the perfect crisp to them & makes for a great snack perfect for anytime of the day!
Makes 18 Cookies:
2 cups or 240g cake flour or all purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp or 12g Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder
100g dairy free butter
1/2 cup or 65g sugar of choice
3 tbsp or 42g soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Matcha White Chocolate:
200g dairy free white chocolate
1 tbsp or 8g Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder
1. In a large bowl cream together sugar and butter. Add in flour, Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder, milk, vanilla. salt and mix until well combined. Wrap cookie dough with cling wrap and refrigerate for 20 mins.
2. Preheat oven to 170c. Divide the dough into 17 pieces. Roll dough into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and use the cookie stamp to press the dough. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely.
3. Combine melt chocolate, Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder and mix well. Dip cookies into the melted chocolate. Place in fridge to set.
