Pink Pitaya Pasta

1½ cup (14 oz) chickpeas
3 tbsp tahini
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
juice of ½ lemon
⅓ cup water, aquafaba, or olive oil
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
8 oz dry pasta of choice
1. In a pot, cook your pasta according to package instructions; drain & set aside. Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid as needed to reach the consistency of a pasta sauce. Serve with cooked pasta & enjoy!
