Ingredients
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz botanical gin
3/4 oz simple syrup
A pinch of Suncore Foods® Cerise Prickly Pear Powder
Suncore Foods® Rose Petals
Directions
1. Fill ice cubes tray with cooled filtered water half way and top it with Suncore Foods® Rose Petals, freeze.
2. Once half ice cubes are frozen, fill the rest of the way with cooled filtered water and freeze again.
3. Add lemon juice, gin, simple syrup, and Suncore Foods® Cerise Prickly Pear Powder into the shaker and shake well.
4. Fill the glass with rose petals ice and pour the cocktail over the ice.
