Ingredients
300g pancake mix
200g milk
2 eggs
1-3 tsp Suncore Foods® Ruby Red Radish Powder and Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder
Directions
1. Whisk pancake mix with milk and eggs. To half of the batter, add Suncore Foods® Ruby Red Radish Powder and bake in a quarter sheet pan at 140C for 11-12 min (you can also make pancakes the traditional way using a griddle).
2. Divide the remaining pancake batter into 2. To 1 portion, add Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder and bake in a 10x5” sheet pan or using a griddle. To the original pancake batter, pour into a dome pan and bake at 140C for 20 min.
