[ingredients]

Chia Pudding:
1 mini pack (¼ cup) Suncore Foods® White Chia Seeds
6 oz aloe drink
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder

Smoothie:
8 oz aloe drink 
1 cup frozen mangoes
5-6 pitted dates
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder

1. Soak the Suncore Foods® White Chia Seeds in a 6 oz of aloe drink, add the Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder. Set aside. 

2. Blend the smoothie ingredients in the blender until smooth. Place the smoothie in a bowl, top it off with chia pudding, fresh fruits and enjoy!
