Holiday Smoothies

Ingredients

Cherry Beet Smoothie:
1½ cup frozen mixed red berries (@crowded_kitchen used strawberries, raspberries and cherries)
1 banana
1 cup non dairy milk of choice
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Red Beet Supercolor Powder
¼ tsp cinnamon

Mango Panda Smoothie:
1 banana
1½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
1 cup spinach
1 cup coconut water
2 tsp Suncore Foods® Emerald Pandan Supercolor Powder
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch sea salt (or Suncore Foods® Rose Salt)

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Top with pomegranate and Suncore Foods® Toasted Coconut Chips. Enjoy!
