Holiday Smoothies
Cherry Beet Smoothie or Mango Pandan Smoothie? With this recipe, you can't go wrong either way! Cheers!
Ingredients
Cherry Beet Smoothie:
1½ cup frozen mixed red berries
1 banana
1 cup non dairy milk of choice
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Red Beet Powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
Mango Panda Smoothie:
1 banana
1½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
1 cup spinach
1 cup coconut water
2 tsp Suncore Foods® Emerald Pandan Powder
1 tsp lemon juice
A pinch sea salt
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Top with pomegranate and coconut flakes.
