Mango Yellow Goldenberry Chia Pudding
We're winding down the week with one of our favorite simple, beautiful, and delicious treats, chia pudding! But not just any chia pudding, Mango Yellow Goldenberry Chia Pudding! Perfect for your next meal prep!
1 cup dairy free milk of choice
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup frozen mango
2-3 tsp maple syrup
4-5 tbsp Suncore Foods® White Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Yellow Goldenberry Powder
Sprinkle of Suncore Foods® Rose Petals
1. Let mango sit at room temp for 10-15 minutes (or microwave for 30 seconds). Add mango, milk, turmeric, Suncore Foods® Yellow Goldenberry Powder, cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt, and maple syrup to blender and blend well. Pour into a bowl and whisk in Suncore Foods® White Chia Seeds. Whisk again after 5 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until thickened. Enjoy topped with fresh berries and Suncore Foods® Rose Petals.
