Golden Mango Turmeric Chia Pudding

We're winding down the week with one of our favorite simple, nutritious, and delicious treats, chia pudding! But not just any chia pudding, Golden Mango Turmeric Chia Pudding! Perfect for your next meal prep!

Ingredients

1 cup dairy free milk of choice
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Yellow Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Suncore Foods® Andean Rose Salt
3/4 cup frozen mango
2-3 tsp maple syrup
4-5 tbsp Suncore Foods® White Chia Seeds

Directions

1. Let mango sit at room temp for 10-15 minutes (or microwave for 30 seconds). Add mango, milk, turmeric, cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt, and maple syrup to blender and blend well. Pour into a bowl and whisk in chia seeds. Whisk again after 5 minutes.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until thickened. Enjoy topped with fresh berries.
