Butterfly Pea Flower & Forget Me Not Flower Infused Pudding

Ingredients

Prepare The Forget Me Not Flower Tea:
Combine 1 cup water and 1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Forget Me Not Flowers, leave to brew for 10 mins.

Prepare The Butterfly Pea Flower Tea:
Combine 1 cup water and 1/2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Butterfly Pea Flowers, leave to brew for 10 mins.

Butterfly Pea Flower Jelly:
3/4 cup Suncore Foods® Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp agar powder

Coconut and Butterfly Pea ⁣Flower Layer:
120g coconut milk ⁣
3 tbsp maple syrup ⁣
1/2 tsp agar powder ⁣
1/4 tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder

Forget Me Not Flower Milk Tea:
180g Suncore Foods® Forget Me Not Flower Tea
80g coconut milk coconut milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp agar powder

 

Directions

1. Jelly — Add Suncore Foods® Butterfly Pea Flowers tea to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Add agar powder, and cook until dissolved. Whisk in maple syrup and continue to simmer for 1 min. Turn off the heat. Pour jelly into moulds, refrigerate until set. ⁣

2. Coconut Butterfly Pea Layer — Add coconut milk to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Which in agar powder, dissolved Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder and maple syrup. Continue to simmer for 1 min. Allow to cool. Remove butterfly pea flowers. Pour mixture over the butterfly pea jelly. Refrigerate until set.

3. Forget Me Not Flower Milk Tea — Add coconut milk, Suncore Foods® Forget Me Not Flowers tea to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Which in agar powder and maple syrup. Continue to simmer for 1 min. Allow to cool. Remove jasmine flowers. Pour mixture over the coconut butterfly pea layer. Refrigerate until set.
