A berry nice and refreshing treat to get those summer vibes going! A perfect medley of fruity flavors delightfully colored with Suncore Foods® Powders!
[ingredients]
Nice Cream:
2 bananas sliced and frozen
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Lilac Taro Yam Powder
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
½ tsp Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder
3 tbsp roasted strawberry puree
½ c almond milk
1 tbsp strawberry syrup
Toppings:
Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder
Suncore Foods® Sparkly Amber Passion Fruit Flakes

1. In a food processor blend bananas till almost coming together. With the machine running add the strawberry syrup and 1/2 c almond milk. 2. Divide into 3 bowls. 3. Mix the three colored nice creams using Suncore Foods® Powders and strawberry puree together. 4. Top with Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder and Suncore Foods® Sparkly Amber Passion Fruit Flakes + extra strawberry syrup. [/directions]
