Beet Chia Pudding
It's the perfect day to enjoy a beet-utifully layered Beet Chia Pudding!

Ingredients
1 cup nut milk of choice
3 tbsp Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
2 tsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Red Beet Supercolor Powder
Toppings:
Fresh berries
Directions
1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together nut milk, maple syrup and beet powder. Stir in chia seeds.
2. Transfer to a jar (or keep in bowl) and let sit to thicken in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, stirring once or twice to prevent clumping. When ready to eat, top with fresh berries (you can also try topping with Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds and Suncore Foods® Cacao Nibs).
