1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour blend
1 cup oat flour
1/4 c. coconut sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs (or flax eggs)
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted & cooled
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tsp Suncore Foods® Amethyst Acai Berry Powder
1-2 tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
1-2 tsp Suncore Foods® Ebony Carrot Powder
1-2 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
1-2 tsp Suncore Foods® Red Beet Powder
Heat a waffle iron and grease with coconut oil spray. Whisk together dry ingredients and mix wet ingredients separately. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir. Divide batter into 3 bowls, stir in 1 - 2 tsp assorted Suncore Foods® Powders! Pour 1/2 c. batter into waffle iron and cook according to directions!!
