Sunglow Goji Berry Smoothie Bowl

1 cup frozen butternut squash (pre-steamed)
½ cup almond milk
¼ frozen banana
¼ cup coconut yogurt (cashew, almond or greek work great too)
1 scoop vanilla protein (or Suncore Foods® Superplant Protein)
1 tsp. Suncore Foods® Sunglow Goji Berry Supercolor Powder
1 tsp. coconut nectar (optional, or sweetener of choice)
a pinch of cinnamon
a handful of ice cubes
Suncore Foods® Red Dragon Fruit Chips Supersnack
Suncore Foods® White Dragon Fruit Chips Supersnack
shredded coconut (or Suncore Foods® Toasted Coconut Chips)
coconut nectar drizzle
1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on medium speed until thick and creamy. Add more liquid or ice as needed, and season to taste.
Pour into bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
