Raw Brownie & Emerald Pandan Leaf Cheesecake Bars
St. Patrick's Day is coming up and these no bake bars are the perfect treat!

Raw brownie base:
3 ripe bananas
125 g raw cacao
59 g coconut flour
1 c cashew soaked overnight
220 g almond cream
220 g white vegan cheese
4-5 tbsp agave syrup
1 lemon juices
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Emerald Pandan Leaf Supercolor Powder
7 g cornstarch
1. Blend together all brownie base ingredients. Press into a pan. Set aside.
2. Blend together all cheesecake ingredients. Pour mixture over brownie base.
3. Freeze for at least 1-2 hours.
4. Cut into bars. Enjoy!
