1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Ebony Carrot Supercolor Powder
⅓ cup fresh grated carrot
1½ tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds
1½ tbsp Suncore Foods® White Chia Seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger powder
Pinch of nutmeg
⅛ tsp salt (or Suncore Foods® Rose Salt)


Fresh Berries

1. Grate approximately 1 large carrot. In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, shredded carrot, maple syrup, hemp seeds, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Let sit 5 minutes, stir, and divide the mixture in half between two jars. Store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Top and enjoy!
